I absolutely adore the agile development module in ServiceNow. It allows me to schedule and streamline my development work, it doubles as documentation and it helps me communicate to the customer on work done, in pipeline, etc.
Form sections are nice and all but sometimes you might need a bit more freedom. One of such needs could be to locate a section on a form where YOU desire and not all the way at the bottom of the form (just above related lists).
One of our customers has used static content blocks (as opposed to regular service catalog categories) when setting up their service catalog. Because this organisation is bilingual (English - French), the 'I18N: French Translations' plugin was activated a long time ago.
