Big thanks to ServiceNow and all our customers who shared their insight from their digital transformation with Fujitsu and ServiceNow during the Future of Work event in Helsinki on June 7th.
At the #FutureOfWork event ServiceNow shared the main messages from Knowledge18, talked about the exciting new innovations and the upcoming ServiceNow London release and customers shared their experiences from the use and implementation processes on ServiceNow.
Tim Norman from ServiceNow UK started by sharing the Key Messages from Knowledge18, which were, like the title of this event says, about the Future of Work; how we can make the world of work better for people. This was followed by the pre-sales consultants Miko Virkola and Mika Jämsen who talked about the upcoming new product information in the London release while also highlighting features released in Kingston. The new London version will be released early September this year.
Pekka Mutikainen from Skanska Finland presented their “Home owner Warranty App” built in ServiceNow, which enables new home owners to report any issues after moving into newly built houses. Our partner HappySignals talked about the importance of user experience measuring and how to monitor this by using the integrated solution in ServiceNow to see how much time is actually lost during incidents, and what the accurate cost of that time is.
Our customer Apotti, represented by Mika Honkanen, talked about ServiceNow in relation to their EPIC EMR system implementation. Apotti is a Finnish transformational project that develops social and healthcare services and adopts a regionally uniformed social and healthcare information system. The goal of Apotti is for social and healthcare professionals to obtain a user-friendly tool that makes working easier and provides best practices. The Apotti project has been a truly multivendor effort and we are really proud to be part of the the process and results.
